Ray Jordan, Wine Writer, 2014 WA Wine Guide 93/100: “If you want to see a Riesling just starting to reveal its best qualities as a slightly aged wine, then this one is a beauty. Already showing just a hint of toasty marmalade fruit with a trace of orange rind. The palate is still so fresh and lively with a little tart acid lime evident. So long with a tight line of acid carrying to a long finish. Excellent.



A "Fume Blanc" style, sophisticated and food friendly.

Our style is based on the sauvignon blanc styles made in the French region of Graves, near Bordeaux, and in the region of Styria, in the south west of Austria ... 25% barrel fermented, 12 months on yeast lees ... 

Flavours of white peach, freshly cut pear, grapefruit and lemongrass, ... soft generous and refined ...

It can be a difficult varietal name to pronounce correctly, we say vee-on-e-ay, and without a french accent it probably doesn't sound too sophisticated, but this wine is certainly something special and definitely worth a try.

An opulent wine ... wild yeast ferment ... extended maturation on yeast lees in barrels ... fresh apricot, ginger, musk, white peach and pear ... Try something different ...

If you like thai or vietnamese dishes, indian curries, and rich flavoured dishes, and need a wine that matches, then this is the wine for you!

We have given the title of Elevation to our cabernet wine as we strongly believe that this wine is at the pinnacle of what we are striving to do with the growing of our grapes and the making of our wines ... 

This is the third release of Elevation, and the wine just keeps on getting better with each year as the vines mature.

The palate is so beautifully crafted. Fine ripe tannins and affine silky oak presence. The fruit is medium to full bodied but packed with power and deep concentration. Lovely dry and slightly savoury finish.”
