"Whicher Ridge 2009 Riesling

A little shy on the nose but much more expressive lime and tropical fruit flavours on a fuller bodied and softly textured palate with some spicy cinnamon notes adding appeal and interest to the long and refreshingly tangy finish.

The fleshier, softer and textured Whicher Ridge would be great with Thai coconut curries and rich laksas."

"Whicher Ridge 2007 Shiraz

Still a deep purple black, ... spice and black plums and the palate likewise tight, tannic, ... with earthy prunes and black pepper flavours at this stage but with suggestions of much better things to come lurking in the background.

Definitely one for the cellar."
