Join us on one of our immersive, enjoyable and memorable wine experiences which demystify the world of wine.
Our wine experiences and seasonal events are guided by our winemaker, Cathy, which makes a visit here rather special and genuinely authentic! We offer the opportunity for you to taste the wines with one of the people who has actually made the wines and created the wine sensory garden.
You can choose from a traditional wine tasting in our cellar door, a garden tour through our wine sensory garden, or one of our seasonal wine experiences tours such as our popular Pick + Sip wine experience which is perfect if you would like to delve a little deeper into the amazing world of wine.
We are a small family owned winery and a dog friendly winery. Bringing your dog along is welcomed by all 3 of us, which includes Polly our wine dog. Our only requirement is that you keep your furry best buddy on a leash.
WINE TASTING WITH THE WINEMAKER
This is our wine tasting in our cellar door, guided by Cathy the winemaker.
Perch up at the bar, relax in a sofa, or share a table for a guided tasting of 5 wines of your choice from our Odyssey Garden and Single Vineyard wine ranges.
It’s the perfect way to discover our passion and the story behind how we grow our grapes and make our wine. This tasting gives you some secret insights into our small batch winemaking.
Stay a little longer and purchase a MYO cheese board, or add on a gourmet platter made by local cafe Hippo Lakes when you book on-line for your tasting.
PICK + SIP WINE EXPERIENCE
Our Wine Sensory Garden is Australia’s very first wine sensory garden.
The Wine Sensory Garden is the centre piece of our wine experiences, and exploring our garden will be the start of demystifying the world of wine for you! Our Wine Sensory Garden was designed and planted in 2014, by Cathy and Neil. The Garden is enclosed by tall hedges and covers an area of just over 1000 square metres, and it has a hug range of different fruiting trees and vines, herbs, flowers and seasonal vegetables.
The best way to explore the garden is to join us on this immersive, enjoyable and very memorable wine experience, Pick and Sip . You will discover where wine flavours come from and how easy it is to pair food with wine.
A great value option for two people, is our Pick, Sip + Savour experience which combines a Pick + Sip experience with a gourmet platter, and wine to have with lunch.
WANDER IN THE GARDEN
A food and garden experience for the gardeners and foodies!
Join Cathy on a wander in the Wine Sensory Garden and discover how the idea for the garden came about, and how it has translated into becoming the centrepiece for our award winning tasting experience, by spending 1 hour wandering around, on a guided tour with Cathy.
The Garden is designed to encourage wandering, and the plantings have been chosen to demystify wine tasting, and show how simple really it is to pair wine with food.
You are guaranteed to leave with bucket loads of inspiration and ideas for your garden patch at home!
Soirée
Booking in for a Soirée is the perfect way to wind down after a day of sightseeing, for entertaining visiting friends or simply just wanting to relax in a beautiful garden.
This seasonal wine experience is offered from late Spring through to mid Autumn, when the garden is alive and buzzing with birds, bees and butterflies, the days are longer, the evenings are warmer, and there are plenty of spots around our wine sensory garden to relax and wind down in the rural peace that is our farm.
Wander around the Garden, taking in the smells and aromas, set-up a picnic blanket, or sit at an outdoor table surrounded by the Wine Sensory Garden
For grazing options, you can add on a gourmet platter or a Make Your Own Cheese Board when you book or bring along your own picnic hamper.
SOW + SIP EVENTS
Join us at a Sow + Sip event in our wine sensory garden. This is our seasonal event series perfect for gardeners, wine lovers and foodies!
Held every 2 months, each Sow + Sip event is themed around sowing a seasonal selection of herb, flower and vegetable seeds, specifically chosen as it’s the ideal time of the year to sow them. These events take place in the amazing garden setting that is our wine sensory garden. They are guaranteed to be fun, social, engaging, educational, and relaxing.
At each Sow + Sip event, the seed selection available for you to choose from is different and matches the upcoming season in a garden. There will be a mix of flowering plants, herbs and vegetables for you choose from, and you sow those that best suit your garden, or maybe one that you haven’t heard of before.
Take in the views over the garden while you are sowing your seeds, sipping on your wine, coffee or cup of tea. It’s a truly blissful way to start your weekend! The next Sow + Sip events will be scheduled in August, September and November 2026.
